About Institutes and Workshops

Supporting the AP Community
The College Board® offers a variety of professional development opportunities year-round, principally through workshops and summer institutes. Workshop and institute leaders are themselves recognized members of the AP teaching community, engaging in intensive collegial exchange. For teachers, these course-specific training opportunities are designed to support the new or experienced teacher in all aspects of AP course content, organization, and methodology. For administrators and others, workshops address critical issues faced in introducing, developing, and supporting AP programs at your institution.

If you want to participate in an AP program at your school, are looking for ways to enhance your AP courses, or are interested in Pre-AP strategies, register today for a workshop, institute, or course near you.
