New Website for Education Professionals: In fall of 2007, the College Board’s education professionals’ website will have new content, features, and an updated design. The site will serve as the online home for AP Coordinators and school administrators, and will help these professionals access relevant AP content, tools, and downloads more quickly and intuitively. Note: AP Central will continue to serve as the primary online resource for AP teachers.
Full-Day AP Coordinator Workshops: AP Coordinator workshops have been expanded to a full-day format. These free workshops are designed to help new and less experienced Coordinators learn how to effectively manage their school’s AP program. Participants are encouraged to bring templates or other materials used to help organize their programs to share with other participants. Download the 2007-08 AP Coordinator Workshop Schedule or use AP Central's Institutes and Workshops search to find an AP Coordinator workshop in your region.

Course and Exam Content
AP Spanish Language: In the multiple-choice section, one reading comprehension passage and five reading comprehension questions will be eliminated. The overall timing for the multiple-choice section will be reduced by 10 minutes; the weighting for the section remains unchanged. Master recordings will be in Spanish only; however, directions in student exam booklets will continue to be printed in English and Spanish. In addition, the exam instructions for all world language exams will be revised and made more concise. To help ensure that the Spanish Language exam can be administered efficiently to large groups of test-takers, the listening prompts for the Presentational Writing and Speaking parts will be delivered on separate CDs to allow for simultaneous testing of separate groups, if needed. A College Board Online Event will be offered in spring 2008 to help AP Coordinators and proctors of AP world language exams prepare for the May 2008 exam administration.

AP French Language: Beginning with the 2008 AP French Language Exam, there will be a change in the presentation of the multiple-choice section of the exam. The questions based on listening dialogues (that is, both questions and suggested answers) will be printed in the exam booklets. No part of these questions will appear on the recording.
AP French Literature: The AP French Literature reading list was revised for the 2007-08 course and exam. See the AP French Literature Course Home Page or the 2008-10 AP French Course Description for the revised reading list.
