|  | There are three corrections to the Lab Manuals (Revised 2001):
- In Question 6 of Lab 1 in the AP Biology Lab Manual for Students (page 15), students are given data for zucchini cores at 27°C. Then, in Question 8, they are asked to calculate the solute potential. The answer shown in the teachers' manual is calculated at 22°C (295°K). If 300°K is used, the result is - 8.97 bars.
- The label for the x-axis under Graph 1.3 in the students' manual
(page 15) should read "Sucrose Molarity within Beaker."
- The formula and all the numbers in the formulas are correct in the answer to question 4 (page 6). However, the answer to question 4 should be - 10% (not 110%).
